A well made post-apocalyptic sci-fi that had just enough budget to violently detonate anything that moves and practically do everything you can do with a stuntman and/or mannequin, yet cover bikes with silver cardboard.
Generally good looking in prop and set design, costumes, ‘cinematography’, realistic slashing, etc, interesting plot concept; main flaws are this era of film’s need to degrade and unclothe at least one woman and apparently mandatory sex scene that also stirs in misogynistic stereotypes.
This is possibly the most 1978 movies ever.
