I actually found this movie to be very interesting. It’s definitely very uncomfortable at times but the point is for it to be uncomfortable and that’s what actually makes it good. This is definitely one of the best depictions of internalized homophobia I’ve ever seen in a film and I really appreciated that we received all the context behind it.
