This mockumentary presents a cautionary tale, the type you tell to little kids to prevent them of doing bad things. Much like the boogeyman these are mostly rooted from mythology but this time its not for kids nor is it any myth. It's the cautionary tale of the Challat. Presumably it's a man on his motorbike targeting women with a sharp weapon cutting anyone who he sees fit, roaming the streets of Tunisia in 2003 tallying up to 11 women to his record. Gaining so much renown that a computer video game was created replicating exactly what he did available for all to play and most importantly kids, as always false indoctrinating them into thinking he's a so called protector of values. Copycats also appeared using similar methods. The tale can be called anything the challat, the acid spitting cat caller, and the metal hand groper but it's all to the same end. It's always going to be one man from every man in every city and country.
