Loved everything except the ending.
Great performances all around, with Arshad Warsi being the standout, as it's so refreshing to see him in a serious role instead of his usual comedic ones. Sushant Singh does a solid job as the villain, and Pankaj Kapur is great as always, both in his acting and the narration.
On the downside, the love interest subplot felt unnecessary and very cliché for Bollywood. But the biggest letdown is the ending, which completely nosedives and feels like they ran out of budget or miscalculated it. It really drags the film down. Without that, it would have been an easy 4/5.
