We had a cold, rainy day yesterday so I thought why not enjoy a couple Disney movies.
I haven't watched Aladdin in a long time, and I was worried this wouldn't live up to the nostalgia. It was one of my favorites growing up. That being said, it absolutely still holds up. The songs are amongst the best in a Disney movie, it looks beautiful, and the story is both heartwarming and funny. A couple jokes has me audibly laughing, probably the same jokes adolescent me laughed at too.
Robin Williams was so perfectly cast as genie. Watching this is like a time capsule back to happier times.
