I don't think I've cried harder during a film. I think it's truly unfair the way their romance played out. Maybe because I'm a huge sucker for love, it was extremely easy to fall in love with both our hero and our heroine. A love so doomed from the start that it was hard to believe they'd get to live their happily ever after. I think the movie was a beautiful memoir of their love, I just wish it didn't have such a gut-wrenching ending. Unfortunately, life is unpredictable as always. This is definitely one of Prithviraj's best films, he does a stellar performance as Moideen as well as Lena who played his mother. A beautifully tragic love story. 5/5 stars.
