This OVA has some really creative plotlines and visual styles to show this creep's forceful desire for love in supernatural stalking, kidnapping, and psychological torment. It starts off simple and increasingly becomes more elaborate. This prevents the plot structure of Creepta getting attached and tormenting a girl to death from getting too formulaic. That last girl even survives. There is only one segment that causes weird interruptions to these developments in the overall story.
It plays to its strengths really well by the end, as what we have seen of Creepta is disgusting, and all these girls are entirely justified in their reactions towards him. This creates a sort of intrigue during the last segment when it seems like he may have ever-so-slightly improved as a person and may have a chance at love. However, his way of kidnapping still persists, and by the end, we realize that he was his old self the whole time, and all the affection the girl shows him is due to the kindness of a completely different character. This is an example of that plot structure changing just enough to create interest in each story outside of the supernatural elements.
I do think that one segment about him becoming an evil spirit brings the OVA down. It doesn't feel like it fits due to its short length and differing plot structure. He is immediately haunting this girl, who is a child, and then it ends. It just jumps straight into this weirdness that appears to have no relevance to the overall story or the development of Creepta's character, even if it makes him more disgusting. The reason I say it has no relevance is that every other girl is around his age, so the fact that he is also a pedophile never comes up again, and it feels unnecessarily thrown in. This interrupts the pacing of the OVA as a whole. It's a shame that the shortest segment conflicts with the strengths of the others.
