I don’t care what people say but this is most definitely one of the best family friendly slapstick comedy movies of all time and not a single person has ever seen or heard of it. This was one of the major defining movies of my childhood, we watched it all the time as a family because it’s hilarious for both children and adults and has no adult language or humor making it the perfect movie for all ages. Now it does have a few flaws, I felt like some of the goofy sound effects weren’t needed and sometimes a character would make a face that didn’t fit the scene super well. The story is a bit basic but done hilariously. This movie has so many comedic bits strewn about it that I am always smiling and laughing throughout the film. The actor for Fred Randall played his role perfectly as a weird nerdy lovable goofball. The way he acted, his facial expressions, his impressions and even his singing is done exceptionally. He really made the movie special. It really is a perfectly well rounded family friendly comedy that was an integral part of my childhood, I found it hilarious then and I find it hilarious now. I 1000% will rewatch this probably fifty more times.
