Another watch for another class. The film follows the 442nd, a unit entirely comprised of Japanese-American soldiers during WWII. The title of the film being the units motto during the war, the saying originating from Hawaiian gambling slang. Bonus points for the cool and historic premise but I’m just not a huge fan of war films from this era.
