I think this is one of my favorite rom-coms Korea has ever produced, maybe because it was "ahead" of its time or maybe cause of the cast/plot, but I find myself rewatching this movie at least once or twice a year. Enemies to lovers is by far one of my favorite tropes and Yoo Yeonseok plays the arrogant, cocky, asshole role way too well. I wish I could go back and watch this for the first time. 5/5, and will continue to watch in the future

Okay, hear me out on this one. I'm only rating it so high because this was such a lighthearted and easy watch. Is it cliche and corny? Yes. But it's so fun! A playboy trope is so 2016 and this movie hits the spot. Yes, it's awful in reality, but it sure works in a fiction.

The chemistry between the main leads was heart-fluttering. Watching this as a 12-year-old staying up to read kpop fanfics and edits, I ate it up. Despite that, I feel like if I ever watched now in 2026 as an adult, I'd probably cringe but it was just enjoyable when I watched it in 2017.
