I was beginning to worry they were going to rehash the plot of the first two instalments all over again but was surprised to find out this is almost a completely different movie from Outlaw: Gangster VIP and Gangster VIP 2. Actually since many actors return as different characters you could say this is more a soft reboot than a sequel. The plot is not that different but they repeat some themes and action sequences feel familiar. But hey, this one has a cooler soundtrack!
