The Outlaw series’ timeline just gets more complicated each entry. Are these supposed to be standalone movies whose main character Goro Fujikawa happens to be played by the same actor (Tetsuya Watari)? Honestly... beautiful and sweet as she is, what’s the point of keep casting Chieko Matsubara as the love interest in what is essentially the same character over and over? Just to be clear I’m not complaining because I’m enjoying the hell out of these movies. I’m genuinely curious why? Losing my mind trying to make sense of the story as a whole here.
