Propagandistic piece of shit that deliberately spreads misinformation, ignites guilt, disgust and manipulates with emotions (saying that 11-week-old fetus opens its mouth on the bad-quality ultrasound so it could scream for help). If this whole "documentary" wasn't so deeply misogynistic, there would be some ridiculous parts – for example accusing the Planned Parenthood organization from being part of the Mafia that tries to wash money through abortion business and other conspiracies.
The movie was dismissed by doctors and experts for its inaccuracies (concerning the development of the fetal nervous system at 11-week period, which is unable to move freely in the uterus, let alone sense fear or even pain), it was nevertheless popular in the White House during 80's.
