The story centers on a religiously conservative, married southern woman who receives a message from God instructing her to act as a surrogate mother and carry a child for two married gay men who live in Boston - a Jewish doctor and and African-American dance choreographer. All Hell breaks loose when the African American man comes to her home down south to micro-manage her pregnancy, and he won't leave.

AJ Cook from Criminal Minds is a homophobic Christian woman, but when she sees a documentary about a gay man who saves sick kids, she decides to be the surrogate mother for that man and his partner. She and her Southern Christian friends and family have to acclimate to this change, and wackiness ensues in this dramedy?? (it isn’t funny)
Do you love:
- horrible southern accents> - mediocre acting> - AJ Cook> - really boring Christian music> - interpretive dance about the plot of this film (this happens at the end of the movie)Then have I got the movie for you!
It’s laughably bad and it gives me similar vibes to *Saved! *except with more annoying adults instead of teens and not nearly as good.
Idk who the audience for this film was supposed to be, but it was kinda fun to watch. Those last 15 minutes are fucking wild!!
