not as good as the previous film. as much as i like Cooler as a villain, the set-up in this film felt kinda lazy. and so did the final act.
but we did get Vegeta's first appearance in these films and there were a lot of fun / "hype and aura" moments so i still liked it. also the 2001 reference.
