During a beach excursion, Nfissa, a young mother, is violently sexually harassed and drowned by a group of young men after she absent-mindedly swims into their midst. Nobody seems to witness her disappearance. Anxiety and fear grow among her family, especially as, on the same beach, bathers suddenly start dying en masse.

I love a movie that challenges what society is expecting from cinéma and leaves ppl angry
am neither gonna thalk abt the boussni scene nor the bad words because if you talk shit abt these two things forgetting the beauty and the main purpose of the movie then sorry you don't know shit abt cinema (not sorry, get educated)

Raw, real, and doesn’t fake anything to the point It gets you shivering and crying, and that’s what makes it hated.
The cussing, the rude way people talk, the rape culture and blaming the victim!
I don’t get why some people complain about it when that’s exactly how things are. It doesn’t try to sugarcoat reality that’s why it’s one of my favorite Algerian movies. It portrays the struggles of Algerian women and I’m all here of it.
