Absolutely last place for me to go , I have been taking my babies nearly every two weeks to this place alongside with friends and families for 3 years until now.
We booked 14.00 aclock session which finished at 15.45 pm. By the time we got the kids and changed their nappy we had a staff coming up to us asking to leave 3 times . She was very rude and had a attitude 😒 🙄 😤 , by the time I got my
son it was 15.50.
I wanted to go and speak to reception to extend the session because boys didn't want to leave.
Woman being too rude I asked her to leave us a long then heard her saying I will mop the floor with your hairif you dont leave,then I run after her asking her to repeat what she said , then I said I will mop the floor with her if she soeak to me like that again.if you got two kids with you and runny a round they should give you time to get ready and they can see as a mother you already stress and noo need to give more stress by being very rude.
I would never go there again or recommend any one to my family anymore
