When this year's round of unsuspecting Northerners fail to show up for their annual Guts N' Glory Jamboree, the residents of Pleasant Valley take their cannibalistic carnival on the road and head to Iowa where they encounter spoiled heiresses Rome and Tina Sheraton, the cast and crew of their "Road Rascals" reality show. Performing "The Bloodiest Show on Earth", our Southern Maniacs prove more than ratings killers in what John Landis has called "one of the rare sequels that surpasses the original".

Fun in spots, but this feels like it was written/directed by a straight man, and I do NOT mean that in a nice way.

watched 7 minutes and turned it off. might try again when im high but ouch. bill moseley i adore you but you couldnt save even the beginning for me. i get its about rednecks but we really did not need to shoot the movie on a potato did we? all the budget mustve been spent on the ungodly amount of confederate merch

You can just tell that back then they were just so extremely bored they were creating the most random and weirdest films imaginable because after finishing up this one there is so much one can say about it like for one this did NOT feel like a horror film but more like it was watching a fucking porno because the amount of raunchiness that was going on this film like one was getting flashed left and right by boobs and shirtless men which i will say that this fag wasn’t all that upset with seeing the amount of shirtless men in this one because i was very pleased with the amount so there’s no complaints from me there but what this film did such a great job at was having the most perfect comedic times in it with how very creative the dialogue was with it having me let out a laugh here and there because the jokes were some of most creative i’ve heard so i’ll also give them that as well and then my all time favorite part of this film would have to be the kills in it with how very unique but also cartoonish all of the death sequences were where it was like this person is being murdered in such a grotesque way but also the way they’re being murdered is just done so comedic it’s extremely hard to take seriously in the moment and that’s something i love when done correctly in horror films.

While not as good as the first field of screams still brings the fun. The rednecks are still the best part of the movie while the others are better but than the first but still not good. The budget and blood look cheaper in the second one as well. It's still fun and keeps humor of the first but definitely not as good as the first.
