Love the psychological horror elements of this, however I think the execution wasn’t quite there.
Would’ve loved this to have an even more of a twisted turn that showed off how horrific the events of the Time War really were, but that’s wishful thinking from me.
That being said, more psychological horror Doctor Who in future please🙏
