I’m making it my duty now to watch all of these live action Fullmetal Alchemist movies! And uhhh this first one isn’t very great honestly. There was an attempt that was made here I can tell they at least tried with this, but like even for people who’ve never seen the show this movie is just mediocre at best. I’m a big fan of the special effects for sure like I think this movie visually looks very great but that’s probably the biggest positive I can give it. Also dude why is Jun Kunimura in like every single movie I watch. I love him, don’t get me wrong but I just find it so funny how many movies i’ve seen him in. Overall not a horrible movie in my opinion, but it’s just a pretty weak start. I’ll see what the sequels have to offer though and review those next!
