More like For The Birds 2, am I right?
Making a sequel to a Hitchcock classic can work (Psycho 2 for example) but this ain’t it. More heavy on the melodrama and while we get a few sprinkled in once in a while, the real massive bird attack happens with 10 minutes left, and then boom! Abrupt ending! Can see why this is an Alan Smithee movie.
Was also way confused if this was a true sequel, especially with Tippi Hedren playing a completely different character. But then a quick mention of the events happening and you wonder why she even is in this movie other than to trick people into seeing it! Apparently she wonders the same thing!
Still better than Birdemic at least
