I’m sure that this movie did a good job at over emphasizing the events that played out at wake island and I’m sure many young men enlisted because of it (it’s because it’s propaganda designed to do that very thing)

The movie is a fine average war American Patriotic film. Some of the moments cheesy and typical. Kudos though for showing some of the lore tragic moments during actual war
