Classic Matsumoto!
The soundtrack is on point as always, and the cinematography is incredibly creative, going from epileptic pulses to halted and sloth-like paces. For some reason I found the cut to people praying to be hilarious, literally coming from nowhere. To dig deeper there was a lot of imagery I connotated to ghosts, but I don't know nearly enough on buddhism to get what hidden meanings are involved.
Overall I enjoyed this piece, although not as innovative compared to his other work, I still found it entertaining, and it didn't drag on at all!
