I love these little fuckers but they have nothing to do with the actual plot of this movie like at all. The entire thing is about rivaling fraternities in a prank war and their relationships with the sorority girls and the ghoulies are just sometimes there doing there own thing. It’s like they hijacked an existing movie and said surprise hoe this a ghoulies joint now

ghoulies 3 is the nicer looking and they’ve given much more personality to the ghoulies by giving them voices. But there’s something missing. its so weird. It looks nice. they’ve put a lot of effort into lighting, the puppets are better. But somehow it’s lost some of its charm
