finally finished this absolutely god awful bunny trilogy..
the franchise completist in me couldn’t let me not to finish it in its entirety, but i’m kinda glad this is an improvement from the last 2: not by much.. but definitely something atleast. i think the bunnyman has somewhat of a consistent role into this, particularly towards the end, there’s less random filler scenes and more actual ‘interesting’ things happening. the first half just feels like a below average slasher / torture porn flick, i think torture porn can be really good when done correctly, but on the other side it just comes off as tasteless: a bit like this film. i guess the tarantula scene was atleast somewhat exiting. i think the second half is a lot better or a lot worse than the first - i can’t tell. all i know is atleast it’s more entertaining than the sort of formulaic approach of the first half. i like how the second half feels a little more camp, i mean they literally stop at the most random point for a musical number - and that was unironically the best scene in the film for some reason. they’re for some reason at a carnival (the second half of the film is a bit incoherent imo lmao) but i was slighly entertained, and for some reason the writers try and make you sympathise with the rabbit.. the same rabbit who mass murdered a bunch of kids on a bus and god knows how many more. this film has terrible lighting, terrible acting, a nonsensical story, awful blood and terrible kills, one dimensional characters and one or the worst scripts ever, this is not good by any means, but it’s still a massive improvement from whatever the second film was i guess
