This movie is a significant step down from the excellent one armed boxer.
The insanely rapid pace and absurd amount of action have significantly been toned down, the action itself is a step down from OAB, and this isn’t the fault of the movie, but the best transfers of this are still low end vhs quality. 

Also, the flying guillotine is way less cool than in its debut in “The Flying Guillotine.” Not saying there are zero pleasures to be found here, but none that are not done significantly better earlier.

This movie was amazing. The fight sequences were outstanding and the flying guillotine is one of the coolest weapons ever invented.

This film is very much my shit but from what depths of hell did they find this VCD rip of the movie and put it on Kanopy? The cropping is suspect and the English dub would occasionally give out and the original mandarin track would return. The subtitles were also sloppily time stamped. Despite my complaints though, the scruffiness adds to the texture.
