I feel like this would’ve worked so much better as a feature film - getting to know the characters better, understanding their back story, following them slowly through their journey. I think that’s why I felt it a bit rushed and vague, and not as heartfelt. Still, a moving story, with great performances.

Really great acting by Maisie Williams and Ronald Pickup. The characters felt so fragile and powerful at the same time.
But it felt a bit too short for the storyline to unfold. It jumped a bit between locations and character turning points.

It is definitely worth a watch!
