It's not really a comprehensive documentary; it's a selection of stories surrounding a handful of medical device horror stories. Each story is well told and every single one is deeply disturbing and emotional (and usually followed by a rep defending it). I wish it was more focused and maybe kept the stories together instead of continually returning to the same three people for more of their story, but every person added a lot to the doc.
