The concept of a guy taking over Central Park and keeping cops at bay is interesting at first, but becomes a little dull after day 1. Still, Tommy Lee Jones does play an insane Viet Nam vet who continues to unravel the whole movie and that still counts for something in my book.

I thought this was fun. That deputy mayor had major Jeffrey Combs face. He was doing Reanimator pouts. Could’ve been a little more violent but still pretty good.
