This goes the loud, fast, and dumb route of trying to amp up a big step down of a retread of 2. Adds a ton of b action movie padding that is just really shoddy and makes the absence of poorly lit chomping dinos exasperating.

I like the first two movies more than I should for different reasons. The first for nostalgia as I watched it at a young age, and the second one because of how shamelessly it rips off Aliens almost scene for scene. This one though, it is I believe my second viewing of it but there’s really nothing special about it. It’s just… there. 

Hmmm according to Letterboxd there’s two more movies in this series. Maybe I’ll find some time eventually to complete it.
