Worthless to confess is the final movie in the delinquent girl boss movies ( I couldn't find the first and third yet). I liked this one much more than the first one and Reiko as Rika the punk is such a cool and pretty nice protagonist.
We follow Rika the punk as she is released from reform school and connects to one of her cell mates fathers as the old gang reconnects and a local gang starts overextend their hand leading to a bloody climax.
The story is fun with some entertaining melodramatic elements. I do think there are a little to many characters but the leads Rika. Midori, the old man and Mari were all interesting to follow. The gang is also played well and you really cheer at their end.
It has a pinky violence elements too but is definitely more tame compared to the girl boss or terrifying girls high school. It still does these elements well and the bloody fight at the end may be a bit fast but I like it.
The music is good too and pretty cool to listen to. I like how it is shot as well.
