Very very pleasant Masaoka and Aoyanagi appearances. This OVA is basically the entire backstory of Teppei, whom I’ve grown to like and appreciate way more during the runtime. The earlier mentioned appearances and roles of two of my favorite characters were also fantastic, especially since they didn’t just act as fan service and actually developed those characters further and gave more insight. There was that plot hole with the Dominators not turning to Destroy Decomposer when used against the cyborgs tho.
