I have never been more confused at a movie in my entire life. This was a whole acid trip not just with the concept itself but even the somewhat normal stuff in the screenplay. If there was a way to describe this film, it’d be American Psycho, Eternal Sunshine, Meet the Feebles and Buffalo ‘66 mixed together.
I could see someone absolutely hating this film but for my weirdness preference, it’s a good time for sure. My thoughts are completely incomprehensible at the moment. Other than the koala this is a shitty written drama thriller.
This was definitely one of the “so bad it’s good” movies. The thing that separates this from becoming a regular trash ass movie is that it’s about a koala. You never know when it’s gonna go into a murder sequence, a fight scene, or musical sequence. It’s literally that random but it all works bc of the koala.
