People call it dull but i think it’s so calming and beautiful. Reminds me a lot of Spike Jonze’s Her in many ways, even though The Sound of Silence doesn’t have a clear comedic side to it the way Her does. I watched this at a film festival and i felt like i was the only one who wholeheartedly enjoyed it...show this movie some appreciation please

the kind of low-key, atmospheric, slow ass indie drama shit I do like. but this is not as interesting as it thinks it's being. fine but lacks focus and depth needed to elevate it. made me sleepy in a good way now I can go to bed
