This documentary doesn’t make the shooter any real part of the story, in fact, I don’t know the shooters name nor do I wish to. Focus is more on the victims and their family and friends.
However, Minn has taken something that should be a powerful documentary and turned it on its head with insensitive and stupid questions; trying sensationalise a tragedy.
At no part did the topic of USA’s gun control come into discussion which is the primary reason in school shootings (and other mass shootings).
Blaming the police serves no purpose other than to anger and rile up the victims. This is the dystopian argument whereby the root cause isn’t addressed.
