This is a masterclass in claymation, it’s all grounded to how smooth it moves and how visually appealing in its odd look of reality. This isn’t as good as One Night in One City but I do appreciate the storybook layout. How the stories don’t really connect but are different depictions of realistic encounters used as a source of comedy, is effective keeps us wanting more.
The stories on the other hand are entertaining and work to somewhat grab the attention of the viewer. But it mainly feels like wasted brainpower at points to sit through this. It feels like I haven’t really gained anything new from these very different stories. They are beautifully hand crafted and told but hold very little fulfillment and integrity.
