Cyberpunk: Edgerunners meets Akira but the Tetsuo character turns into a demonic King Kong. The story is pure nonsense and inconsequential. Animation is fine but even the cool parts feel muted and underwhelming. Feels like the epitome of an 80s nonstarter anime. A little too harmless for its own good.
