Everyone here sucks. Except Evelyn Brent, who commits the sin of being a boring character. William Powell is still charismatic and enjoyable but I feel like the film would have been better with the romance subplot (if you can even call it that) cut out. It was poorly written and didn't add much to the film. Regardless I still enjoyed it and had fun with the Golden Gate Artificial Rubber Company.
