Train of thoughts :
Taapse pannu is my Anya taylor joy, queens of thriller and they always win. I am here for it. Slayed, girlboss behaviour. Loved how she remembered to tell them about the corpse again.
This is peak portrayal of a mother's love. She found a guy who had been waiting for her his entire life, and loves her, yet she decided to go back to the reality where her husband's a cheating bitch and does not love her. I love how they established that he would cheat anyway, no matter whom he marries. But that neighbor murderer really said, " we did not have any child, she pushed me towards her. " Not my man justifying cheating, the dead wife was not at the wrong to lie to find out. He said she would always suspect him, well she wasn't wrong? Lol, this could be avoided by him telling her the truth about his infidelity. When he asked for a lawyer and the police said, abe tu sochta hai ki tu america pe hai 😭😭😭😭🤣 lol. No because, this is all I know from crime series / movie, that I am not saying anything without my lawyer present there.
Kashyp x Taapse is something I did not see coming, but loved anyway. What I did see coming, is the twist though 😭, a girl can only watch so many thrillers and not end up spoiling the movie for herself. But it still was working for me, until Taapse snuck into her husband from past live's house, to ask him where the tv was. Now, this did not make sense because prior to this scene, it was already well established that, Taapse understood she is in a different reality, where her daughter / marriage / job / nose piercing does not exist. So, interrogating that cheater mf again was pointless.
But I have to say, the math is not mathing, according to my calculations the boy she saved should have been older than her, cause, nvm it's too late.
The sacrifice of the neighbor guy reminded me of Wednesday / The Addams family and the boy's cycling - Stranger things.
Shit was crazy but I love when ppl are stuck in specific timelines in movies yet they cannot figure that out to save a life for way too long.
