National Theatre Live: Chewing Gum Dreams

Just found out I could log this so I’m logging it. 

Despite the subject matter, it’s a fun watch. One of those pieces of art that make you wish the characters lived longer in the happy moments. Or maybe that’s just my state of mind. The dark stuff really hits you though

Probably would be higher if there was a better quality version out there.

Michaela Coel has a talent for taking the most difficult subject matters, and working them into content that is seemingly easy to digest, and ends up punching you in the stomach.
