Really formulaic, but not in an annoying way like Madman. The setting was good, and some of the cinematography/camera work were interesting. The whole film would have been elevated by a few chase scenes, but we can’t have nice things. I also loved how diverse the cast was, and some of the character dynamics were compelling. The kills/practical effects are a bit dodgy, but that didn’t ruin my experience.
