I was inspired to bump this one up my watchlist after listening to one of my students give a speech on Brazilian soybean production and the American cattle industry's reliance on it. There's a lot of sobering stuff here, but the final advocacy for a vegan diet being that it can "reverse our most common diseases" gets a bit too crunchy and under-explained for me.

Any politician that doesn't have interest in fixing environmental complications and climate change will never get a vote from me. It is a serious problem that NEEDS to be confronted. Us humans made the issue so it's our responsibility to fix it
