I thought it was pretty funny. Get some gooey grodiness in the last 20 minutes. It's a horror comedy, which is understandable given how goofy hopping vampires are to Western audiences. It's still more about all the rules of this particular brand of undead than it is about presenting a scary monster. They make wibble-wobble noises when they hop. Even less scary than the bouncing ghouls are the street gang serving as the real bad guys. Buncha doofs. The movie is very small scale and cheap but the gags are fun.
As with The Vineyard, James Hong kills it.
