Sure. The movie is awfully silly and the acting is terrible. But the charm in New York Ninja can't be denied. This film has much more life than pretty much any film coming out this decade.

Listen man, the New York Ninja does multiple front flips over cars and people whilst wearing roller skates. THAT'S spectacle. It's a travesty this film never got finished in its time, the New York Ninja could've been a hero to kids every where and probably good friends with Sho Kosugi Ninja in his down time.
