At the end of the day, it's Gundam. I never understood the kerfuffle over the original episode, but I'm happy the creator was able to flex and do what he wanted. Definitely some cool stuff, but it realistically probably only needed to be an hour or so. A little too much fluff with the kids imo. But Gundam action, hell yes.
