Credit where credit’s due, the climactic battle absolutely rules. I was a big fan of the Emperor and his little purple wizard minion. The wizard dude had a great evil laugh, like the kind i do in real life to friends.
The art seems mediocre, even by that decade’s standards. The plot is pretty blasé and there aren’t any memorable heroes. It’s about the caliber of storytelling of a Saturday Morning cartoon. At least they gave us a villain to cheer for. Dude was massive.
