motherhood is truly my worst nightmare.
this is a great exploration of post partum depression and psychosis but it felt painfully long. i had certain expectations for this movie and it was quite different from what i was expecting. it’s a very intimate story that doesn’t portray the mother as a villain or a parental figure without love for their child which i truly appreciate.
