So this is the second film in an aparent unfinished triology of films including begotten and a yet to be finished film. I liked this on slightly more than begotten, it may have been because it's mercifully 13 minutes not including the credits. I did like this one but I can't really explain why. Going into it reading that it's a birthing of conscious I can kind of understand all of the flashing imagery and weird sperm stuff and baby imagery I think. In my head Id like to think this is what happened when birthing Mother Earth's child in Begotten seeing as the figure we see in this film is very similar to him. I mean I still think this is pretentious but I ay least liked it a little more than Begotten.
