When I read the plot for this film, I knew it would be up my alley. I love a good psychological survivor film. But when I found out the director for this film also made The Killing of Two Lovers (which I liked), it increased my excitement.
Joseph Chambers has beautiful cinematography, haunting sound design, and a great performance by Clayne Crawford. It’s definitely on the bleaker side, but it captivates your attention.
