i think jeff is the only serial killer i have sympathy for (on a personal level- his murders were disgusting). he clearly didnt want to have to kill his victims, he just wanted to dom them without them moving (reasoning behind him zombifying victims). i will never believe he gave his neighbor, or anyone else, human flesh to eat. he only ate his victims for him to feel like they were a prt of him. i think if he had a fancy sex doll like we have today he probably wouldnt kill anyone and would still be at that chocolate factory and be really into taxidermy
